Development of design and estimate documentation

According to the project, it is planned to overhaul the first floor and part of the basement of a two-story building transferred to the use of the Municipal Enterprise “NNPCPC”, which houses the outpatient clinic No. 2 (pediatric), with the ability to serve 200 patients daily.

Major repairs include:

- Carrying out general construction works on the arrangement of doctors' offices, including interior repair of premises with partial redevelopment within the existing dimensions.

- Replacement of existing wooden windows with energy-efficient ones.

- Insulation of the external enclosing structures of the part of the building belonging to the Municipal Enterprise “NSCPMC” (basement, facade).

- Installation of engineering networks, such as electricity, lighting, water supply and drainage, and heat supply.

- Installation of a ramp for access to the premises.
